I took this in Chicago at the Navy Pier. I was exploring in the late evening, and was about the only person braving the ice-bearing winds at the lake front. I had never been to the Navy Pier before, so made the decision to check it out. This was from a lighting fixture above the food court. I imagine that during the summer and in nicer weather, this is probably quite the busy place. As it was, today it was emptier than the details of this picture.
