True snow in Raleigh is a rare thing. We normally get a disgusting, ice-snow slurry. The snow this morning was fine and powdery, and made excellent snow cream! This mom and her child were out as early as I was, tramping bravely through the cold street. I shot this with Kodak BW400CN film. Resolution: 1818x1228
I captured this while shooting a charity shoot out at the abandoned Castle Mont Rouge. This was sprayed in one corner of the aging, rotting master bedroom. I would have liked to have seen the concept art for the finished room.
Image Description: A greenish river flows over rocks between two stone river banks. There are white water rapids in places. White-barked aspen with golden leaves grow on the bank behind the river, with a few evergreens. The sky is blue with white clouds.
