I had just discovered the concept of "freelensing", and showed up about an hour for a shoot with a local band (Seven Letter), as is my custom. I always show up super early so I can futz around and experiment with the environment I'll be working with. I captured this by turning my 18-55mm lens backwards, tilting it, and taking a picture of a tiny flower. Something about it is very wedding-like, I've been told over and over. It certainly is ambient, at least.
This came from walking around downtown. I found this on an old, rusting metal door. The sticker was on the door, and wasn't "photoshopped" into the image. I really liked the way it all fit together, so snapped a shot.
